Teaching & Mentoring

I teach and mentor across research methods, statistics, and developmental psychology. My approach emphasizes active learning, clear structure, and applied practice that helps students build confidence with data and ideas.

Teaching Philosophy

I aim to make complex ideas workable. In methods and statistics I scaffold from intuition to formal tools, using short live demos and real datasets so students can see each step. In developmental and positive psychology I center theory-to-application, inviting students to connect readings with everyday contexts and professional goals.

Across courses I prioritize inclusive participation, transparent assessment, and repeat practice with feedback. Students should leave able to design a basic study, analyze data responsibly, and communicate findings clearly.
